Returns & Refunds Policy
At Amre Golf, all products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders are sent to production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Fit or preference issues
Please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please email amre.help@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Made-to-order products
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized.
All Amre Golf products are produced on demand, therefore returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrectly fulfilled items.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
